Using Sephie responsibly

By adding or using Sephie, you agree to use it in a way that respects Discord, your community and the people whose support conversations are handled through the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sephie to harass users, distribute malware, bypass Discord restrictions, impersonate others, abuse integrations or collect data you are not entitled to process.

Server administration

Discord server owners and administrators are responsible for the content they collect through tickets, the people they grant staff access to, their knowledge-base articles, retention choices and external integrations.

API and integrations

Keep API keys and webhook secrets private. Do not use the API to access or act on data outside the Discord server associated with your credentials.

Availability

Sephie may be updated, restarted or temporarily unavailable. Published status information is informational unless a separate service agreement states otherwise.

Discord

Sephie is an independent Discord application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord. Use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own terms and policies.

Changes

These terms may change as Sephie evolves. Material changes should be reflected on this page before they take effect.
