How Sephie handles data

Sephie processes Discord and support data only to provide its ticketing, dashboard, knowledge-base, reporting and integration features.

Discord account data

When you sign in to the dashboard, Sephie stores basic profile information such as your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar reference so access can be associated with your account. Sephie does not persist your Discord OAuth access token or refresh token after sign-in.

Server and ticket data

For servers where Sephie is installed, Sephie may store server configuration, ticket metadata, messages, form responses, staff notes, labels, transcripts, attachments, surveys and related support information needed for the features administrators enable.

Who can access it

Dashboard access is based on Discord server permissions and Sephie roles/teams configured by that server. Server administrators decide which staff members may access their support data.

Knowledge bases and integrations

Server administrators can publish their own knowledge-base articles and may connect external webhooks or integrations. Published articles are intentionally public. Data sent to administrator-configured external systems is controlled by that server's administrators.

Security

Dashboard sessions are stored server-side. API keys are stored as hashes. Supported webhook and integration secrets are protected at rest. Access to API data is scoped to the Discord server that owns the key.

Retention and deletion

Ticket retention depends on the workflow and retention settings chosen by the relevant Discord server administrators. For a request involving a specific ticket or community, contact that server's administrators. For Sephie account or service-level privacy requests, use the support contact published with the Sephie application.

Discord

Sephie uses Discord's APIs to provide its bot and login features. Discord processes data under its own privacy policy.
